Description

  1. Feeding:
    • Utilizing top suction feeding to address issues such as material sagging and double bending.
    • The adjustment of the rolling machine is straightforward, facilitating rapid feeding.
    • The application of the double material storage structure enables uninterrupted feeding, thereby enhancing production efficiency.
  2. Rolling:
    • Employing rolling and iron kneading pre-bending to increase the applicability of various sheet materials and ensure a smoother rolling process. Resolving issues such as scratching and thin iron forming during rolling.
    • All upper and lower steel shafts are equipped with roller needle bearings to prolong the lifespan.
    • Centralized lubrication design facilitates maintenance.
  3. Welding:
    • Adopting the servo motor welding machine in parallel with two SMC rodless cylinder tensioning for the copper wire system to ensure that the can distance is between 2-3mm. This not only ensures the stable quality of the weld seam front end but also saves copper wire consumption.
    • Incorporating next-generation variable frequency inverter technology to ensure a perfect welding seam.
  4. Coating:
    • Employing a large cylinder diameter and four-linkage mechanism for smooth lifting and accurate positioning during can-to-can transition.修改

    • Utilizing high-frequency induction curing, achieving over 80% energy savings.
    • Adopting the venting and exhausting system to meet environmental protection requirements and optimize the production environment.
  6. Operation:
    • Featuring a user interface in both Chinese and English, it ensures convenient operation.
    • The parameters are stored modularly and come with built-in self-diagnostic capabilities for identifying faults.
