- Feeding:

- Employing rolling and iron kneading pre-bending to increase the applicability of various sheet materials and ensure a smoother rolling process. Resolving issues such as scratching and thin iron forming during rolling.
- All upper and lower steel shafts are equipped with roller needle bearings to prolong the lifespan.
- Centralized lubrication design facilitates maintenance.
- Welding:
- Adopting the servo motor welding machine in parallel with two SMC rodless cylinder tensioning for the copper wire system to ensure that the can distance is between 2-3mm. This not only ensures the stable quality of the weld seam front end but also saves copper wire consumption.
- Incorporating next-generation variable frequency inverter technology to ensure a perfect welding seam.
- Coating:
